"I was 10 miles outside of Eureka, when my TPMS alerted me. The young man at Big Sky got me right in, found the screw in my tire, fixed it and had me on my way within the hour, despite their seeming short-staffed. The charge was only $25, which seemed more than fair, considering I’m not a regular customer and didn’t buy the tires there. I would have rather had a quicker turnaround, a ladies room and some better magazines, but they got me back on the road at a fair price, so credit where credit is due. Thanks, guys!"
